After being in the real estate business for
several years on Beech Mountain, I decided to expand my horizons by
moving to Banner Elk. I was initially motivated by an offer from real estate developer, Robert Ingalls, to be the exclusive broker for his new development here in Banner Elk, "The Village at Apple Orchard," What a good decision. To watch the development go from raw land to beautiful parks, walking trails; homes people are building...a neighbor coming to life, has been a wonderful experience.To watch each new family being introduced into the neighborhood and make new friends warms my heart. Of course, increasing my real estate family in Banner Elk, Newland, Foscoe and Valle Crucis is priceless. And my Beech Mountain customers have been so loyal. You just can't beat mountain folks; being from Tennessee, I should know.
